We collect only the minimum information required to operate your account:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account or sign in.
• Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases or subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.
• Basic Website and App Event Data: If we use analytics or advertising tools, they may receive limited technical information such as page visits, app opens, device/browser details, IP address, and ad-related event data.

We do not collect or store your journal entries, affirmations, gratitude notes, vision board items, or any other personal content you create in the app.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Provide customer support when you contact us.
• Understand how people find and use our website and app.
• Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your personal data. We also do not send your journal entries, reflections, affirmations, gratitude notes, or vision board content to advertising platforms.

Grateful Panda uses trusted third-party services to operate the app and website:

• Firebase — for authentication only (login, account management).
• Google Drive / iCloud — your personal content (journal entries, affirmations, vision board, etc.) is stored in your own cloud storage account, not on our servers. This backup is controlled entirely by you and subject to Google's or Apple's own privacy policies.
• Google Analytics — to understand website traffic and usage patterns.
• Meta tools (such as Meta Pixel and, if enabled in the app, the Facebook SDK) — to measure ad performance, understand campaign effectiveness, and help us reach people who may be interested in Grateful Panda.

We never access or read the content stored in your Google Drive or iCloud backup.

When we use Meta tools, we do not intentionally send your journal content, gratitude entries, affirmations, vision board content, or other personal reflections to Meta. The information shared is limited to technical and marketing event data such as page visits, app opens, referrer information, browser or device details, and ad-related conversion events.

We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and the Facebook SDK to understand how people use Grateful Panda and whether our ads are working.

These tools may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, pages viewed, app opens, referring links, and standard marketing events. We use this information for analytics and ad measurement, not to access or analyze your private journal content.

We do not send your personal reflections or journal content to Facebook/Meta. Your in-app writing and saved personal content remain outside our advertising tools.

We store only your account login data (email, name, profile photo) on our servers using Firebase.

Your personal content is never stored on our servers. Journal entries, gratitude notes, affirmations, vision board images, and all other content you create in the app are backed up exclusively to your own cloud storage:

• iOS: iCloud (if enabled in your device settings)
• Android: Google Drive (if enabled in your device settings)

You can delete your account at any time from within the app settings, which will remove your login data from our systems. Your cloud backup data can be managed directly in your iCloud or Google Drive account.

You can delete your account directly from the Grateful Panda app at any time. This will permanently remove your login data from our systems.

To manage or delete your personal content backups, go to your iCloud or Google Drive settings on your device.

Grateful Panda is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect or store information from anyone under 13 years old.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate action.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (if applicable).
