The App is designed for self-improvement and general wellness purposes only.

Grateful Panda is not a medical or psychological service provider.

The App:

• Does not provide therapy
• Does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions
• Is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or severe emotional distress, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may submit content such as:

• Journal entries
• Notes
• Vision board uploads
• Reflections

You retain ownership of your content.

By purchasing a subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Cancellation must be done through your respective app store account settings.

We do not control third-party billing systems.

• Text
• Graphics
• Logos
• Design
• Software
• Audio content

is the property of Grateful Panda and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with security features
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App to harm others

Violation may result in termination of access.
